If you feel something, it means that you know that something is on your body.
- I felt her hand on my back.
If you feel something, it can also mean that you put your hands or fingers on something. You usually do this to know something about it, for example if it’s hot or cold.
- Feel my head. Is it hot?
We can use feel to describe how we are.
- I feel sick.
- I’m feeling happy.
Feel can also have the same meaning as think.
